When you report a claim, what information should you have available?
- Policy number
- Date, location and description of the accident
- Description of damaged property and injuries
- Steps taken to prevent further damage
- Names of everyone involved in the accident
- Home, work and cell phone numbers
What should you expect from the claims process?
After you file your claim, it will be assigned to one of our claims representatives. A representative will contact you and answer any questions you may have, obtain additional information about your claim and conduct an investigation.
