What happens after you file your claim?
We know filing a claim can feel stressful. Here's exactly what you can expect from us:
- You file your claim: Report your claim online or call us at 833-327-8787. We'll ask you some basic questions about what happened.
- We review your information: Your dedicated claims rep will review your claim details and may reach out if we need additional information or documentation.
- We inspect the damage: For most claims, we'll schedule an inspection or ask you to submit photos of the damage. We make this as easy as possible.
- We process your claim: Once we have everything we need, we'll review your coverage and determine what's covered policy.
- You get your settlement: If your claim is approved, we'll issue payment to help you repair, replace or recover from your loss.
